Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Rapid+ Browser ("we"). By tapping "Agree and continue" you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app

Rapid+ is a web browser. You may install and use it on your own device for lawful purposes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to do so. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as the law allows.

2. Price

• Rapid+ Browser is free to use. There is no trial, no subscription and no payment, and no payment details are collected.
• If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will tell you in the app before anything changes, explain what is included, and ask you to agree to updated terms. Nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the websites you visit and what you do with the browser. Do not use it to break the law or to infringe others' rights.
• Proxy / VPN mode lets you route traffic through a proxy you choose. Only use servers you trust and are permitted to use; the proxy operator can observe your traffic. Rapid+ does not operate a proxy or VPN service and does not guarantee anonymity.
• User-agent switching changes how you identify to websites. Some sites may behave differently or restrict access.
• Keep your device secure. You are responsible for anything done on it while it is unlocked.

4. Saved passwords and data

Saved passwords are stored encrypted on your device only. If you lose the device, reset it, or delete the app's data, they cannot be recovered. You are responsible for keeping your own record of important credentials.

5. Third-party content and services

The web, Google Play, Google sign-in and any proxy you use are provided by others and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will block all harmful sites.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Ending

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, the app will ask you to review and agree again before you continue.
