Rapid+ Browser ("Rapid+", "we") is built to keep your browsing on your device. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it goes, and the choices you have.

1. Data that stays on your device

Browsing data — history, bookmarks, open tabs, cookies, site storage and cache. Each profile keeps its own. We do not upload it.
Saved passwords — if you choose to save a password, it is stored on your device only, encrypted with a key held in the Android Keystore (secure hardware where available). We cannot read it and it is never sent to us.
Settings — such as your home page, search engine, theme, site permissions, proxy details and user-agent choice, stored per profile.
Site icons — small icons of sites you visit are cached locally to show on the start page.

Private (incognito) tabs do not save history, passwords or site icons, and their cookies and site data are deleted when you close your private tabs.

2. Signing in to Google (optional)

You can sign in to your Google account inside Rapid+, as in other browsers. You do this on Google's own sign-in page, so your password goes only to Google and never to us. After that, Google sites such as Gmail and YouTube stay signed in within that profile, using cookies that are stored on your device.

To show your Google name and picture on the profile, Rapid+ asks Google which account is signed in, the same way Chrome does. This request goes directly from your device to Google with that profile's own Google cookies. Rapid+ keeps your name, email address and picture on your device only, for that profile. We do not receive them and we do not access your Google data. Signing out of Google in Settings, or clearing that profile's cookies, removes them. Google's own privacy policy covers your use of your Google account.

3. Payments

Rapid+ is free. It does not take payments, does not check a licence and does not send a device identifier to us. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will update this policy and ask you to agree again before anything changes.

4. Data sent to third parties

Websites you visit receive the information any browser sends (IP address, user agent, cookies you allow). Rapid+ has no control over their practices.
Proxy / VPN mode sends your browser traffic to the proxy server you configure. That server's operator can see the traffic (and for non-HTTPS traffic, its content). Rapid+ does not provide a proxy or VPN service, and this feature does not make you anonymous.
Safe Browsing — Android WebView may check pages against Google Safe Browsing, which involves sending partial hashes of addresses to Google.
Suggested-site logos on the start page are fetched from Google's public icon service for a fixed list of well-known sites. This reveals that list, not your browsing.
Update checks — the app occasionally downloads a small file (version.json) from rapidplusbrowser.online to see whether a newer version is available. This is an ordinary web request, so our web host can see your IP address and the app version in the request. We do not send any browsing data or personal identifiers.
Search — searches you make go to the search engine you choose.

5. Permissions

Camera, microphone, location and file access are used only when a website you are viewing asks for them and you have allowed that permission in Site settings and in Android. You can change these at any time.

6. What we do not do

We do not show ads, do not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and do not sell or share your personal data.

7. Your choices and retention

You can clear browsing data, delete saved passwords, delete a profile (which deletes its data), or sign out at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device.

8. Security

We default to HTTPS for addresses you type, use Safe Browsing, encrypted password storage, and restrict the app's access to local files. No system is perfectly secure, and you should keep your device updated and locked.

9. Children

Rapid+ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the app will ask you to review and agree again.

11. Website accounts (rapidplusbrowser.online)

Creating an account on this website is optional. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. We use Google Firebase Authentication to run this. We store your email address, your name (if you give one) and a sign-in identifier. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile photo from Google. Passwords are handled by Firebase and are never visible to us. Your browsing data from the app is not linked to this account and is not sent to us.

The website keeps a small item in your browser storage to remember that you are signed in, and Firebase sets its own storage to keep your session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. To delete your account and its data, message us on Telegram @hasanmahmud_dev.
